My career has been devoted to the health and mental health well being of individuals across the lifespan. I have worked in pre-hospital medical and mental health services (EMT III and Crisis and Commitment for mental health), inpatient and ED psychiatric care, clinician, supervisor, clinical supervisor, administrator and director in health and mental health settings. I am a former professor of Sociology and Social Work. Currently, I am living my best life as a certified Life Coach and an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist.

Age-friendly coaching for women across the lifespan. My business is to help people in transition find their purpose and power to live their best life regardless of conditions or circumstances. Sometimes to move forward, a resolution of past losses will assist in mending broken hearts, thus creating the climate to construct a new identity. Resolution of grief through an empirically validated training program called The Grief Recovery Method sets the stage for developing a new path forward through my life coaching program.
